The 2014 -2020 Rural Development Programme (RDP) is the main strategic planning and intervention tool adopted by the Piedmont Region for all sectors and productive activities of rural and forestry world of the Piedmont. Among the 15 measures of which RDP is composed those in support of the biological sector are:

• Measure M01 – Transfer of knowledge and information actions;
• Measure M02 – Consultancy, replacement and assistance services for the management of agricultural holdings;
• Measure M03 – Quality regimes of agricultural and food products;
• Measure M04 – Investments in fixed assets;
• Measure M06 – Development of farms and enterprises;
• Measure M11 – Organic agriculture.
