Terramica pursues the dual objective of:
- Promote the development of organic farming in agricultural and zootechnical enterprises, supporting their activity through technical assistance and administrative support, working directly at associated companies or at the Coldiretti offices within which the Association operates.
The technical assistance activities are carried out by the 4A Agency through the submission of technical notes (specific to the various sectors: horticulture, fruit and vegetables, viticulture, cereals and livestock) and / or business inspections and mainly concerns:
- The agronomic management of the crops;
- The formulation of biological control plans for crops;
- The correct use of the soil;
- The fertilization interventions;
- Laboratory analysis of soils, feed, fodder, fertilizers, etc.
- Collective purchases of technical means;
- Technical field consulting ....
The Association also carries out economic, administrative, and tax consultancy activities related to all the obligations to which the biological company is subject, including:
- Economic advice for the management of trade relations and the structuring of production chains;
- Technical assistance during company conversion by developing of appropriate plans;
- Training and information activities (courses, conferences, meetings, publications);
- Participation in events at the local, national and international level;
- Administrative assistance for all the company's obligations to the public administration and the certification bodies.
- Enhance the "bio" productions, characterized by a close link with the territory and obtained in harmony with seasonal cycles, to consumers through:
- Dissemination activities;
- Promotional initiatives to make known "bio" products;
- Educational activities;
