The Ministerial Decree 2049/2012 establishes the Biological Information System (SIB) for the computerized management of  the administrative procedures related to the notification of organic activities, defining their application modes. The operators in the organic  are required to notify the start of their business as well as the subsequent  changes to notification via SIB.
