Description:
blueberry plant growing wild or black blueberry that we find in the mountains belongs to the species Vaccinium myrtillus. It is not cultivated but grows spontaneously on the Alps. The cultivated blueberry belongs to the group of American cranberry (Vaccinium corymbosum).

It's good because:
blueberry contains numerous active substances, including anthocyanins and flavonoids (important antioxidants that neutralize free radicals), vitamins A and C, citric acid and malic acid and myrtillin, in addition to mineral salts. The peel is rich in tannins, which have antiseptic and astringent qualities. It has anti-inflammatory properties, useful in reducing stress, by strengthening the immune system. It promotes good blood circulation.
