Terramica presents the organic agriculture guide

Terramica presents the organic agriculture guide

A new guide to provide an overview of the different sectors of Piedmontese organic agriculture: it is the new publication of the Association of Organic Producers Terramica , to offer the consumer a useful tool to discover the Piedmontese organic farming chain, meeting the need increasingly recognized to daily choose to buy organic certified agri-food products.

The guide will be presented on Thursday 13 June at Villa Torre Acceglio, in Madonna of the Graces in Cuneo, in collaboration with the Consumers' Movement.

At the presentation conference - which will begin at 5.30 pm – will follow a buffet prepared with local organic products, which will focus on the ever closer relationship between the industrial circle and the consumer, as security for the territory and the products we bring to the table.

Members of the Consumers' Movement will participate on the evening. They are in the front line in these matters so they could attend the reports held by experts in the organic and food sector.

In the brochure - which will be distributed free of charge to consumers in all the initiatives that see Terramica  committed  in the Piedmontese territory - the aspects that characterize the world of organic agriculture have been highlighted.

During the reading of the guide the consumer will be accompanied by the discovery of the fundamental aspects of this way to do agriculture.

It departs from the milestones that in the course of the 20th century have led to the definition of the biological properties to date to the present with the indication of the legislative definitions that regulate the sector, focusing on the choices that the consumer must implement to choose in way of knowing the zero-miles organic products, first of all the readout mode of the label: a real identity card of the product.
